Only authorized personnel from Serviecon and its employers are allowed access to your personal data. If you passed the pre-screening and being shortlisted your information is basically shared to foreign employers to process this information based on the qualification standards and skill sets needed for their vacancy.
We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way.
We will ensure that personal data under our custody are protected against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and disclosure as well as against any other unlawful processing. We will implement appropriate security measures in storing collected personal information, depending on the nature of the information. All information gathered shall not be retained for a period longer than one (1) year. After one (1) year, all hard and soft copies of personal information shall be disposed of and destroyed, through secured means.
Electronic personal data and processing transactions are stored in a Data Center and cloud service and securely retained permanently.
You must ensure that the personal information submitted to us is true, accurate and complete.
You should guarantee that the uploaded documents are faithful reproduction of the original.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, account details, and are fully responsible for the content, accuracy of information and all activities that occurred under your password and/or account.
When you submit documents personally in our office or fill out application forms electronically through our website and other data required by our online system, you are consenting/agreeing/authorizing Serviecon to process your personal information based on the purpose provided in this notice.
You also authorize Serviecon to disclose your data to employers and their governments, for their employment and security considerations; other government agencies that manage overseas employment, supporting welfare and protection of overseas workers.
